Challenge:

A small but growing pizza chain in the Pacific Northwest eventually realized they were much better at creating great pizzas than they were at creating great branding materials.

Solution:

Covert Agents were called in to do a complete brand audit, create revised branding guidelines and apply those brand guidelines to a wide spectrum of new marketing materials. The combination of great pizza, great customer service and great branding has resulted in increased gross revenue of an average of over 30% per year for the last three years, proving that good things CAN happen even in a bad economy. With Westside Pizza’s management now free to focus on day-to-day operations and expansion to new markets, the chain has added five new stores and is actively recruiting qualified franchisees.After working together on a project-to-project basis since 2011, Westside Pizza named Covert Agency as their agency-of-record in early 2014.
