Challenge:
How do you make something big seem even bigger? DIRECTV wanted everyone to be as excited as they were about their 70 new HD channels and asked us to come up with a big idea to help them deliver the message at the local dealer level.
Solution:
Created an entire line of in-store merchandising based around the central premise that something really huge was arriving from the heavens, and that it was going to change people’s lives forever. Judging from the number of new subscribers and flat screen TV’s sold that year, people must have noticed.
